Second stay was even better

Last year we started our trip to Nicaragua with four days in this beautiful house. This year we finished our trip with eight days here.This year we rented a motorcycle so we were able to easily get groceries, which allowed us to make good use of the very well appointed kitchen. The hot water throughout the house is unusual in Nicaragua. It was very nice for washing dishes as well as ourselves. There is also a washing machine and dryer.The location is terrific for exploring several beaches in the area and for supply runs to San Juan del Sur.One afternoon we had at least 50 howler monkeys pass thriugh the trees right by the house. What an experience!We would highly recommend this property. Both the owner and the manager are very quick to respond to any concerns.

Waking up in heaven!

I don’t have the words to describe how wonderful our stay at the sea house was. I mean the view from the patio is breathtaking ( or the spacious balcony). There was a big storm one night and the sound of the rain and thunder were beautiful. The house is only 15 to 30 minutes to the nearest beaches , we decided to go to El remanso that was about 25 minutes away. Going to San Juan del sur town it’s only like 5 or 10 minutes. Marina and Eddie were a great help. Marina is a wonderful chef and we were very spoiled with her cooking. Marina and Eddie were super kind. Swimming in the pool after a long day at the beach or before going to the beach is incredible. We like nature so we were so fascinated with the hummingbirds, tropical birds, butterflies and the sound of the howler monkeys at sunset. Obviously I highly recommend staying at this property.

Awesome sunsets

I was very happy with the choice of staying at this place. I stayed for two months and was able to cook. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough.

Paradise !

This house is amazing, pictures are spot on and as described. The rooms are large, the house is spotless, the pool and view are amazing. The walk to the beach is a must do and we did it daily. We loved sitting on the deck listening to the ocean, sitting at the swim up bar enjoying the view, and watching the sunset from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals, the outdoor grill is large enough to cook for a large group, and the fridge in the swim up is an added convience. Our two week stay was not long enough! We enjoyed every minute of it and would go back again. The caretakers are wonderful, and take excellent care of the house and grounds. The location of the house made for a peaceful and secluded trip away from town but still close enough to stores, beaches, and restaurants. All of our questions during the booking process, before our stay, and during our stay were answered in a timely manner. There is a book on the counter with all kinds of information about the house, the area, and local activities. We utilized this book for trips to town and planning excursions. We enjoyed every minute of our trip and would go back again. Thank you Dan and Donna for an amazing vacation experience.
