This Waconia retreat is just 4-6 blocks from the lake and a Cute Downtown Area with many places to grab a bite to eat, a drink or some Coffee. There are several wineries nearby. Spend some time at the Theater or try the bowling alley. Ideal location while you have someone recuperating at the hospital or if you are a traveling Medical or Business professional . This home offers 2 Bedrooms and a flex room/Office area that has a futon. There is a Full Kitchen with Brand new appliances. Bath with a new shower. Fresh paint everywhere. There is a small back deck perfect for morning coffee. This home is ideal for a small group of guests. Experience all Waconia has to offer with a stay near the Downtown, The Lake, Lots of activities and Several Medical Facilities all close by. We offer Large discounts for an extended stay of a week or more, when you will appreciate the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. We just finished up a remodel so everything will be brand new and fresh for your stay. The association is replacing the decks this fall as well.

Heidi was such a kind and helpful host! The home was comfortable, conveniently located, and the perfect base for us during my friend’s wedding weekend. When a blizzard threatened to ground our flights, she even graciously offered to work out extra days for our stay if needed—that was such a thoughtful and kind touch!

Waconia is a great town with so much to offer. A small town feel but most big town amenities. The Lake is the highlight. If you rent a boat or just sit at Lola's Lakehouse and watch them go by somehow that water is relaxing.
