I enjoyed my stay. Amenities were good, location was good, and the Lawson down the street was basically my second home. Small quarters but has everything one may need.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
small quarters, but clean and has all the amenities. Having a washing machine is nice.
Close proximity to several train lines make for convenient travel around the city.
Sleeping quarters are up on a steep ladder so prepare for climbing.
Overall I would recommended for solo travelers on a budget.
Great location, decent basic amenities, super quiet, easy communication with the host, effortless entry. My only feedback would be that the downstairs mattress could be improved. It's very thin and not comfortable, whereas the upstairs mattress is top-notch. Also, maybe a folding chair for when a chair is needed? Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.
Cozy apartment in quiet, well connected neighborhood
First, the service provided by the host was phenomenal. I had to change accommodations to this property same day, and they made it happen. There was an issue with one of the beds, and they resolved it the same day. It was so nice to have such an attentive host. The space itself is small, but it has everything you need. Because of the size, there’s no chairs or couch, which is a bit of a bummer. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, which is nice after a day of riding the crowded subways. However, there’s not many options for food or entertainment. I think the trade off is worth it. After all, Shinjuku is only two stops away. The apartment is close to Akebonobashi and Yotsuya stations. We had no issues getting to our destinations from them.Overall, I recommend this property for the incredible service of the host and the calm neighborhood.
