We had an ok stay, over all the house wasn't as clean as we'd like it to be.. especially paying what we did for the stay. Outside of the house was dirty as well. The bed in the master bedroom was horrible. Water leaded in the downstairs bathroom. The host was very nice and communicated good with us. Just wish the house was cleaner and better takin care of. Probably won't be stay again.

Host was very responsive to all communication. Generally the home was comfortable but seems to still be in the remodeling stage. The home had a stale cigarette smell, the toilet in the lower level bathroom was leaking and there was only one mirror in the upstairs bathroom. None in the bedrooms or main level bathroom. Overall the home was clean but there was a lot of items left in the refrigerator and freezer. We did not receive any check in or check out instructions. Home is in a cute neighborhood and a quick drive to downtown Indianapolis.

Rental is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. Single key to the property in exterior keybox, requiring all members of group to travel together to ensure re-entry to property. Ground floor smelled noticeably of cannabis after opening front door for first time on Tuesday evening. Purchased & sprayed room deodorizer thoroughly same night. Reapplication was required Friday & Saturday evening. Grill depicted in listing photos not present. Some brand new appliances, some lightly used. Noteworthy were the dimmable LED /6-blade ceiling fans in the ground-floor front room & dining room.Icemaker in refrigerator non-functional due to plastic wrap bound up in auger. Keurig machine would not dispense more than 0.5oz of liquid per cycle. Some new furniture, some noticeably distressed. Sufficient towels & toiletries provided for all guests.
