This home is beautiful and well maintained. We found wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We even walked to the stadium for our event! Highly recommend!

House was very clean and met our needs. Great communication with host. Minutes from downtown, but keeps you out of the bustle. There were a couple sporadic restaurants nearby, but didn't have time to explore.

The house was so cozy and perfect for our needs! We snagged it last minute after another booking was cancelled on us before our trip. The host was very responsive and nice! Would stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

This was the best air b n b I have stayed in! Pictures on the posting did not do it any justice as it was immaculate. Cleannnn, comfortable, spacious, perfect location to downtown and just as the listing said a sweet home away from home. I usually go in to a property and do my "own spruceup" but I did not have to do any of that. Kerli was welcoming with any help we may have needed in which we didn't because the house provided much appreciated amenities. I would most definitely stay here again and encourage others to stay too, you will not be disappointed!

Your guest were only ones who ever had problems to take directions to get in and out the house! I even took the time to bring the keys! After they left, leaving all the lights on and door unlocked!! I sent back their belongings what was left behind. It’s ridiculous you to give me any rating because you weren’t there!!

One of the best Vrbo or other rental properties we have had! Super cute, well laid out, clean house, easy check-in, great location to get downtown or wherever, great communication. We are already planning to rebook for next year!

Host was great at communicating. Instructions were very clear. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and kitchen was stocked with spices. Even had some waters in the fridge. Beds were super comfy!!! The house was even decorated for the holidays which was unexpected and a very nice touch!!! The location was super convenient and right off the interstate. Would definitely stay here again if we come in town for a swim meet.

The property was in good condition and the cleanliness was where it needed to be. Unfortunately, the AC did not work from the time we arrived. I reached out to the property owner, and they said they would get someone to fix it the next day. My family and I slept in the property that evening with an inside temperature of 86 degrees. Contacted them again the next morning and they said someone would be out to fix it. Arrived at the property at 530 that evening and the was 90 DEGREES! I messaged the owner informing them that I would not subject my family to sleeping again in the miserable temperatures and that over 90 was unacceptable. Received a message 4 hours later that they were going to install some window AC units. At this point I was already traveling with my family home. 2 Window AC units would not have touched the over 90-degree temperature, especially when they were not even going to be installed until after 930 pm. It took an entire day to decide to get window unit? That should have been done that morning. Then was told we would receive a partial refund due to the situation and have not received it over a week later.
