LOCATION: This studio makes the perfect home base for 1-2 people who want to explore all Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. This fantastic location is only 10 min to the beach, 5 min to Las Olas Blvd and 10 mins from the nearest airport.
BEDROOM: This unit sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed. Smart TV is located in the unit. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)
* Additional beds cannot be provided*
BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), plush towels and a hairdryer.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill (at no extra cost to you) and outdoor seating that is SHARED with the other units.
PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the driveway is 1.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer (SHARED), 1 pack-n-play crib (Upon request ONLY), free high speed WiFi and a Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube TV.
NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the driveway and grass area) and back yard (Outside surveying the entire backyard). No surveillance is located inside the home. This is a pet friendly property; a $25 pet fee is required per pet. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted, we are not responsible for any mail/packages.
Please note - all door codes & information will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in . Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.
Well established, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. **Please note: This home is in a family friendly and quiet community. We have close relationship with neighbors and as such, quiet hours between 9pm - 8am must be observed outside and at the stock tank pool area.

Before you embark on a much-deserved vacation, we wanted to highlight a few things that are expected of guests, and what you can expect from Tilah Stays:
What can you expect from us?
1. Enjoy a clean, tastefully decorated home that looks just like the pictures.
2. No running out to the store late at night--this is a fully equipped property that anticipates your needs. If we're missing something essential, please let us know and we'll take care of it!
3. We're a genuine, responsive, no-nonsense team that understands and genuinely cares about our guests. We are physically on call from 8AM-8PM 7 days a week. We maintain all our appliances regularly, but we still can't predict when a microwave is going to stop working suddenly, just give us a call and we'll be there as soon as we can.
4. We are here to help make this an amazing EXPERIENCE! Please ask about car rentals, Birthday Set-ups, Bachelor/Bachelorette decorations and more!
What is expected of you?
1. Respect the neighborhood. Our homes and properties are located in residential areas, and your neighbors are likely not on vacation. We ask that the noise be kept to a minimum whether indoors or at the outside public areas of the property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM - 8AM
2. Treat the home as if it were your own--leave it in good condition. We understand that accidents happen but we ask that you tell us so we can replace items in time for the next guest.
3. Check-in/out at the agreed times. We operate a business on a tight schedule, and a new guest just like yourself is often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance are also on a set schedule and are needed to keep the property in great condition. These services cannot be rescheduled.
