Casa Esmara sits in Residencia LaVista, a gated community perched above Tamarindo with uninterrupted ocean and sunset views. You get the privacy of a standalone home, complete with a semi-private yard and your own BBQ, plus amenities like two infinity pools, a kiddie pool, and a brand-new gym.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All three bedrooms have quality mattresses and blackout shades:

- Master: King bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath, smart TV, patio access

- Second bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite bath, ample closet space

- Third bedroom: Two twins, built-in desk, adjacent bathroom



Living Spaces

The open-concept kitchen features a six-seat island and espresso machine. The living room has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to your furnished patio and yard, both overlooking Tamarindo Bay. Perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), located approximately 40 miles (64 km) from the property. Driving time can vary between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic conditions. Please note that the villa includes one designated spot plus one visitor space. Public transportation options are available, including buses from Liberia to Tamarindo, which take about 2 to 3 hours. Renting a bike or golf cart will help you get around town faster, but isn’t necessary.



Other Things to Note:

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
