This newly renovated condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a four-seater breakfast bar and a dining table for six. The condo was very large, clean, renovated, and well equipped. We used the large patio each evening to play cards/games.Location was great, just off the main road - an easy walk across to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants. Once we arrived at the condo, we really didn't use our vehicle the entire time!Pool area was very nice as well.

Fantastic unit, well equipped and updated. Very comfortable with nice views. Kitchen is very well equipped, better than most units I’ve rented (fry pans could use an update but that’s not uncommon). We loved Tamarindo and will be back, renting this unit in particular.

Great location

The location was within walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. We loved the condo until as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, the condo was very clean, and the best part of our stay was waking up to the sound of howler monkeys right outside.

The most beautiful

This condo was incredible adorable, and well appointed. The location was great, the beds very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The pool was very nice also. Would definitely stay again.

Beach paradise

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The location can’t be beat, just a short walk and you’re on the beach. A diamond in Tamarindo

We stayed in a beautiful unit in Sunrise Condos in Tamarindo. The place was immaculate, three bedrooms and an open family room and kitchen with a beautiful view of both the heated pool and the ocean. It opened to a deck that overlooked both of these. It was a short walk to the beach, a supermarket, downtown, and restaurant and bars. What a great stay!

Great Condo in a Great Location

This condo was spacious and located within walking distance to lots of activities and the beach. It was clean and communication with the host was quick and clear. We would definitely stay here on a future visit!

Great space. Very clean. Kitchen is beautiful and living room is nice. Location couldn’t be better! Management con is very responsive and courteous. The ac is central and wouldn’t keep the master cool enough. Techs came out and inspected it. Even though this is our 3rd time staying at this condo they said it’s just the way it was. We never had this problem before. There was a ceiling fan in the master but only went at warp speed. So it was either be too hot or have the fan keeping us up and drying us out. The blind let all the light in also. We didn’t sleep well due to these things and probably won’t stay here again.

Most updated condo at sunrise

Ive stayed a several different condos in this community and this us the most up to date/newlyremodeled. Would stay here again. Wish they had a balcony grill and instructions how to use the safe. I found that easily on google.

Beautiful condo!! Stay here!

We absolutely loved the condo. The moment we walked in my college-aged daughter said she loved the way it was decorated. Everything is clearly recently renovated. It was large with 3 bedrooms and the balcony has a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. The location was walking distance to all and across the street from the beach, yet quiet at night. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, Henckels knives, coffee maker… and the refrigerator having the water filter was a bonus as well. There’s also a full laundry room, beach chairs, coolers— the owners have provided everything to make your stay comfortable. Krains Costa Rica was super responsive and accommodating as well. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful one!

Great spot

Spacious 3 bedroom with tons of room and great view. Pool is good (if busy) and just across the street is the beach. Overall very pleased. Only ebi would be if we would have heard back from properly manager about a late checkout ask and if coffee filters and washing machine detergent included.

I kind of had been recently renovated, and they didn’t outstanding job. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and more. More than enough space to allow people to spread out both indoors and out. The bed linens and towels great. Although you can’t see the sun setting you to get a lovely view of the ocean and the color changes at sunset, as well as the surfers during the day. In addition, you look right over the pool. On-site Parking is convenient. Parking is convenient and the location is perfect, you can walk to everything. Although the little grocer next door doesn’t aways have the freshest produce.

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice and much bigger that we expected. Has everything you need for your stay and the back deck is very private and has nice furniture. What was really great was they had four beach chairs, an umbrella and a couple of coolers. You need the umbrella for the beach as it was hot! The pool was really nice and clean but could use more chairs. We loved Tamarindo. There are tons of very good restaurants with reasonable prices and the wait staff were so friendly and fun. Recommend the Pelican (seafood, sushi and beef) and Antici Sopporo (Sicilian). Lots of shops with decent merchandise. The only annoyance was the number of people on the beach selling junk. They were constantly coming up to us and they ask everyone in your group if you want to buy something. Few nits. First, they need better window shades, especially in the master. There was too much light coming in at night and if you need dark to sleep you can forget it unless you wear a mask. Second, we could not find the ceiling fan remotes which was a pain. The one in the master did not turn on at all. Third, the king in the master is a little firm and the bed squeaks. Fourth, note that it is not beach front, you have to cross a busy street to get to the beach but it is not a big deal and it is close. As you can see, these are nits and if we went back we would stay there again for sure.
