Experience a 1,950 sq ft full-floor luxury stay in the heart of Hongdae, just 5 minutes from Hapjeong Station. Glas Hongdae offers exclusive use of the entire 5th floor, featuring a private rooftop swimming pool, chic interiors, and sweeping city views. Enjoy a romantic movie or music video projected on the large screen behind the pool for unforgettable vibes. Perfect for stylish getaways, content shoots, or special celebrations in Seoul’s trendiest and most vibrant neighborhood.

Please Note:
• A refundable security deposit of 300,000 KRW is required due to the pool facility.
• The shared areas are monitored by CCTV for safety.
• Minors are allowed only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No smoking is allowed indoors.
• Parking is not available on the premises.
• Bath bombs or any additives are not allowed in the pool. A fine of 200,000 KRW will be charged if used.
• Pets are not allowed.

※ Up to 4 guests are included in the standard rate. For each additional guest, there is a $50 charge per person. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

My family and I had an amazing experience here at the heart of Hongdae! Kids loved the pool and I loved the zen patio. Very conveniently located to walkable shopping, cute cafes and restaurants. They also have a universal converter for international plugs which was helpful bc our notebook is from usaHost was so thoughtful and welcomed us with Paris baguette pastryOnly downfall was there’s no washer/dryer

The apartment was brilliant. Very clean, with plenty of room. The style was modern, but still comfortable. The best aspects of the stay was the location and the hosts being so acommodating. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Seoul, the convenience of nearvy transport links is brilliant and the local neighbourhood is very peaceful, whilst also being very accessible from busier areas like Hongdae shoping street. The outdoor space and pool are very nice, and makes it a unique choice compared to nearby hotels for example. You can relax just as easily as you can party and enjoy music with the very nice sounds system. If I ever visit Seoul again, I would book here without hesitation.

My stay here was relaxing and quiet. Check-in was very easy and the host responsive. The room looked exactly like the photos but there were some things that could use some attention. I was a little sad that the water fountain on the balcony wasn't working but it wasn't a dealbreaker. However, if I needed anything or had any questions, the host was available to help. :) Thank you for the pleasant stay. I will book again in the future.

Amazing property and an even better experience! The home, amenities, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.Our favorite part was relaxing in the pool while watching a movie, complete with the wine glasses the hosts thoughtfully provided. The ambiance was outstanding.The hosts truly deserve “Super Host” status. They even surprised us with a welcome cake—a thoughtful gesture that’s uncommon in the U.S. and something we’ll always remember. We also appreciated the electrical converters and the convenient charging station for phones and other electronics in the kitchen.We only stayed one night, but our family is already looking forward to returning. The location was excellent, with plenty to see and do within walking distance our favorite was a “speakeasy” Bitters10 minutes awaysafety not a concern late @ nite We’re visiting from the U.S. and usually hesitate to book a VRBO in an unfamiliar city, but this stay couldn’t have been better. We’ve paid nearly twice as much for far less at a Hyatt that I rated 10/10. This experience was even better. Outstanding value, wonderful hosts, and a place we’d happily recommend to anyone.

Beautiful penthouse in Hongdae

Me and my wife stayed at this penthouse in Hongdae for 7 days. It was absolutely incredible. The host greeted us to make sure we knew where everything was and how to properly use all things house related. They were also attentive with any needs. The pool in the penthouse is such a fantastic touch as well. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Seoul!
