The host was very responsive and accommodating. We asked if we could drop off luggage early due to having to check out of another rental early, and we appreciated the flexibility offered. Location is fantastic and a great view!

The apartment is small but efficient, making good use of the space. We were three adults, and while it was cozy, it worked well for us. The main bedroom has two comfortable beds and blackout shades—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The second bedroom is compact but comfortable, with a twin bed and a window for natural light. We appreciated having a separate toilet room plus the main bathroom, which is a "wet" room with a shower and sink. The neighborhood is quiet yet adjacent to a busy area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and easy access to public transportation—a 10-15 minute walk to Seoul Station for subways and airport trains/buses.The washer/dryer was a big plus after being on the road for three weeks. Overall, it was a great place for a short stay and worked out well for our visit with family in Seoul.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment. It provided plenty of space for our family of three. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water was very hot and the pressure in the shower was excellent. The building and neighborhood were very quiet. We found the location very convenient for using the metro(Seoul Station)and it was an easy walk to Namsan Park. The host was very friendly and helpful. The response time was quick. We were happy to call it home for our week in Seoul. We highly recommend it.

The apartment is perfect for a trip to Seoul. Everything is convenient. The space is big enough. Having a washer and dryer is amazing. Everything about the space was exactly as advertised.

The apartment was easy enough to get to and near Seoul Station. It was nice to have the option to open up the windows, use the washer and dryer, have a kitchen and ample areas for each person to find their own personal space during the day or night. Sunny answered any questions promptly and gave great instructions.

Great view and excellent communication

It’s always comforting to have a very responsive host and this guy was the best host ever. The place is a little hard to find but he sent pictures with Aroaz and very good instructions so we made it with no problem. The apartment is perfectly clean and has a beautiful view so it was a pleasure to stay here and I highly recommend it.

Great place and will book when we go back to Seoul.

The location is perfect, close to the subway station and from there can go anywhere in the city. The apartment itself has a great view, very spacious. Could fit multiple people if full family visits. The owner is very responsive and also helped us out with booking a taxi from and to the airport. even when the driver could not find us, Sunny helped us with communicating with the driver. Thank you Sunny!!If I could leave from than 5 stars... We loved it and do want to come back. Ps. try exercising with walking prior to going to Seoul. Lots of inclined spaces.

Cozy, artistic Oasis near Seoul Station

We loved our stay at this central apartment full of style details and beautiful art. We went as two friends visiting Seoul and found the apartment optimal for our needs. Everything is well thought out, we slept very well and enjoyed exploring the city and coming home at night.

Wonderful location

This great place is located near Seoul station and so many attractions in Seoul. Walk to Namsang park and tower, multiple markets, Seoul station and the subway. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and were grateful for the well stocked kitchen, super clean and comfortable beds, toiletries and washer and dryer. The street this place is located on is also full of delicious cafe’s and restaurants. Can’t wait to get back soon.

Perfect base to explore Seoul

The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It was close to public transport, restaurants, and green spaces. It worked out perfectly for our week’s stay. I would highly recommend this listing. Be aware that there is a small steep hill and a flight stairs leading to the apartment in case mobility is an issue (which it wasn’t for us). Great place!

Amazing stay

This property perfectly suited our needs for my family of 5 adults. The city view is beautiful! Walking distance to dozens of restaurants and Seoul Station. There is also a bus stop right across the street. There is a steep hill you have to walk up to get to the property, but the view is worth it. Sunny is an awesome host! She arranged a taxi to and from the airport for us, and was so quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend

Sunny was great communicator. Provided us very timely and good information. Helped us got the limousine from the airport and to the airport. Three adults with suitcases, limousine was very convenient and her advise not to push lugguage up the hill was spot on. Unit is uphill all the way from Seoul station especially last few hundred feet. Unit could use some some more cups or mugs for tea or coffee.. Seoul station is very large with very few English signs made it very difficult to navigate.

Cute single bed, green bedroom! The living area felt spacious and was bright/cheerful and we enjoyed the view. Warm floors are always at the perfect temperature. Sunny was VERY responsive and helpful with all of our questions and our arrival - beyond what was expected. She arranged a cab for us at our request, but the trip to Seoul Station from the subway is a straight shot if you have the energy to navigate your luggage up the subway and a hill after a long flight. We really enjoyed our stay. Bank, coffee shops, bus stop, subway, and several good restaurants right there, but we were also able to walk to the cutely decorated, more downtown area. We took a bus to eat at Slow Park and loved that area and the restaurant should you crave Italian food. Seoul is a wonderful city and this is a great home base for a group of 5. Felt super safe.

Convenient access to Seoul and beyond

This is a lovely and well maintained apartment in the heart of Seoul! Sunny was a gracious and communicative host. She was very easy to work with and the check in process was simple and clear. The living room has a spectacular view of the city that we loved to just gaze at. While the apartment is adjacent to Namsan, none of the windows face the mountain itself. The apartment is very convenient to Seoul Station, where you can get metro and bus lines around town and KTX trains for further out. Seoul Station is also where the Airport Express train drops off, and is a T-Luggage delivery location. But don't pack too much (or plan for a taxi) because it's a very steep walk from the station to the apartment. There is also a full flight of stairs when you get there, so guests with mobility issues should factor that in. Full size laundry in the apartment was a great help, though, and a spacious shower made a big difference too. Thanks again to Sunny for helping us have a great trip. We'd stay again!

Great location

Centrally located, 7 minute walk to Seoul Central metro station, lots of little restaurants within minutes, and convenience stores around the corner. Made it very convenient for me and my family to get around and explore the city our first time in Seoul. Hosts were very helpful in arranging airport transport and in answering any and all questions. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient as we stayed here for a week before heading to Busan. Only complaint was the (I’m assuming) tenant in the apartment below must like to smoke in their apartment. The cigarette smoke would travel through the bathroom fan vents, and it could be smelled quite strongly in the bathroom when that would occur. This would happen in the morning, in the afternoon, and in the evening. Not all day, and typically when we weren’t around. We just turned on the vent fans and kept the bathroom doors closed and it was fine. My wife is sensitive to the smell and we couldn’t smell it in the bedroom when we did so, nor did it linger in the apartment itself. Knowing this, I would definitely still go back and stay here again. Was really a great place and a great location. (The owner was unaware of the issue, and said they would look to provide for a solution, so this may be a moot point. I also didn’t see it mentioned in any other review, so it may be that the tenant responsible was a temporary guest themselves).

Location with a view

Wonderful apartment with comfortable beds and linens. We have two teenage boys (13 & 14) and had plenty of space for us all. Gorgeous bathroom and shower and great washer and dryer which was a must traveling light with carry on luggage only. Well stocked kitchen, hair dryer, iron, toiletries. Everything we needed and more. Absolute best location for Seoul near KTX station and subway. Easy to get all around from here and walking distance to namdaemun and myeong dong markets. Sunny is an exceptional host, so helpful with any and all questions. Blessings and gratitude for another wonderful stay in Seoul.

I lived in New York for seven years with my husband, who studied at Pratt Institute. During that time, I ran a beauty salon on 2nd Avenue and 38th Street.

After returning to Korea, I worked for five years as a marketing brand manager and director at Unilever Korea and LG Household & Health Care. Later, I became an art dealer and had the privilege of working with world-renowned galleries in New York, London, and Düsseldorf — introducing blue-chip artists to the Korean art scene.

Through those years, I traveled to many cities around the world and stayed in some truly inspiring Airbnb homes. Those experiences shaped my idea of what a “special stay” can feel like.

Since 2018, I’ve been hosting three unique and thoughtfully designed spaces of my own. I look forward to welcoming guests who appreciate meaningful design, warmth, and a touch of art in the spaces they stay.
