My family and extended family enjoyed a fun and comfortable stay! The house was very clean and the games and hot tub were enjoyed by all ages! We enjoyed the large backyard and the neighborhood felt safe. The location was perfect for events we attended at the Denver Coliseum. This place was the perfect spot to spend with a group of friends coming in for a weekend at red rocks! Truly so spacious, especially when walking inside we had no idea there was a downstairs and the space just really opened up. So many areas to hang, chill, and relax in.

Great place overall, clean and well-kept. Location was easy access to freeways and 15-20 min from downtown. The neighborhood was a tiny bit run-down, but wasn't terrible.

We were blown away by the cleanliness and overall layout of the house/backyard area! We chose this specific rental because of the backyard entertainment area. It was great for our group to hang out bbq, hot tub and relax! The accommodations were wonderful and it had everything we needed for our two night stay. The owners did a great job decorating and updating this home. We would definitely stay here again!!

The house was in the perfect location for us. Never took us more than 20 minutes to get where we were headed. Except for RMNP and that only took an hour and a half. The only recommendation for this property would be to create a privacy panel for the hot tub and install a locking mechanism at the back door, like the one at the front door. It would be so much more convenient for guests to come and go through the back door. Overall, we loved the house and had a great trip in Denver. Thank you for having us!
