The house was cute and prefect for our family. It was centrally located for all the activities we had planned. Neighbor hood was great, everyone was really nice. We enjoyed playing basketball in the evenings along with Pool. We will book again when we travel to Denver.

My family and extended family enjoyed a fun and comfortable stay! The house was very clean and the games and hot tub were enjoyed by all ages! We enjoyed the large backyard and the neighborhood felt safe. The location was perfect for events we attended at the Denver Coliseum. I definitely recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again!

This place was the perfect spot to spend with a group of friends coming in for a weekend at red rocks! Truly so spacious, especially when walking inside we had no idea there was a downstairs and the space just really opened up. So many areas to hang, chill, and relax in.

The house was in the perfect location for us. Never took us more than 20 minutes to get where we were headed. Except for RMNP and that only took an hour and a half. The only recommendation for this property would be to create a privacy panel for the hot tub and install a locking mechanism at the back door, like the one at the front door. It would be so much more convenient for guests to come and go through the back door. Overall, we loved the house and had a great trip in Denver. Thank you for having us!

We absolutely loved this house!! It was perfect for our family of 8. It was super clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the game area was great for our 8yr old grandkids. Oh, and the hot tub was wonderful too!! I highly, highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Denver!! Thank you for a perfect weekend!! We'll be back!!

What an amazing place to stay! We had 7 adults in town for the Broncos game and this was the perfect place to stay! Beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, and of course the amenities were awesome! Hot tub and game room area were such a hit! We will stay here every time we visit Denver! We were blown away by the cleanliness and overall layout of the house/backyard area! We chose this specific rental because of the backyard entertainment area. It was great for our group to hang out bbq, hot tub and relax! The accommodations were wonderful and it had everything we needed for our two night stay. The owners did a great job decorating and updating this home. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved this property. It had a cozy vibe all around. The beds were really comfortable. We loved playing pool and ping pong in the basement. We also enjoyed playing basketball, soccer, and corn hole in the back yard with our kids. It was also very clean and updated.
