This lovely house features 3 king beds and 3 queen over queen bunk beds, perfect for a group getaway. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, heating, WIFI, a recreation room, multiple exterior decks, 2 washer/dryers, and lake toys. We hope you enjoy what our place and Columbia City has to offer.

The lake is a full recreational use lake, with skiing and motor sports allowed from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.

Renovations have been recently completed, the interior includes:

Level # 1 includes:
- Bedroom # 2
- Bedroom # 3
- Bathroom # 1
- Gathering space
- access to exterior deck # 1

Level # 1.5 includes:
- kitchen and dining space
- access to exterior deck # 2

Level # 2 includes:
- living room
- master bedroom suite, including bathroom # 3

- laundry area, including 2 washers and 2 dryers

Level # 2.5 includes:
- recreation room in a converted double garage, including foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard table, air hockey table, a table for games or card, refrigerator, and a 50" TV.

Level # 3 includes:
- bedroom # 4 (bunk room)

Exterior includes:

- 3 decks, one off the dining area, one off the lower level, and one off the master bedroom suite. A gas grill is located on the deck off the dining area.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out list • Check out time: 10:00 am. • Gather all trash & recyclables & put in the cans in the driveway. • Empty both refrigerators & wipe up spills. • Windows & doors are to be shut & locked.
• Strip all linen off the beds that have been used & leave piled up on the bed. • All dirty towels are to be left in the shower or tub. • Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher & run the dishwasher.
• Return all items to the shed and put in their place. • Kayaks are stored in the storage rack. • Umbrelas are to be closed and tied closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Check in time is 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. • Check out time is 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Full boating motor sports allowed from 1:00 to 4:00 pm only. Before 1:00 & after 4:00 pm, only non-motorized & no wakes only are allowed.
Only human waste + toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilet. No wipes or any other material is to be flushed down the toilet

Wonderful property! Everything well done, clean, and, nice furnishings. Well stocked kitchen, bath linens and heat was warm during cold days. Garage at top level full of games refrigerator and TV. Grand kids loved the games and to lay on the bunk beds in the bunk room and play their IPads when they got screen time. . The main floor has beautiful view and great setup for tv room. Main bedroom feels like a small castle bedroom. There’s a sitting space with TV and 2 lovely bedrooms in lower floor with view of water and also a bath for teens or young adults. Impressive! Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Thank you Dave and Cindy! We will rebook definitely!
