On the upper deck, enjoy a breathtaking sunrise overlooking the lake, complete with a patio table and chairs, plus two extra chairs for comfortable seating and a barbecue grill. The lower level also offers additional seating and an extended deck with a table and chairs for your comfort. Show your adventurous side with a game of cornhole or jump on the kayaks or paddle boards for leisure. Don't miss this charming, completely remodeled lake property located on Big Cedar Lake at Tri Lakes. Big Cedar is an all-sport lake from 1-4 pm. Experience an ultimate fun-filled day by renting a boat and amenities from nearby marinas! Whether skiing, tubing, or casting a line, every moment becomes a thrilling adventure in the sun. Big Cedar Lake connects to two other non-all-sport lakes (Little Cedar and Round Lake). The views of the lake from the back deck and shoreline are breathtaking. Just steps down to the lake with private frontage and wooden piers, you can enjoy all the wonders of lake life at its finest. A full wrap-around deck surrounds the home. An extra-wide gravel parking lot is located out front with plenty of room for family and friends. The home includes 4 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds) and 3 full bathrooms, featuring original hardwood floors, carpet, and ceramic tile. The family room has sliding patio doors, while the kitchen boasts quartz countertops, custom hickory cabinets, a large island, pantry, under-cabinet lighting, and Frigidaire stainless steel appliances (including a gas range). There’s a linen closet, coat closet, and a family/rec room with an electric fireplace. The master suite has French patio doors with lake views, his/her walk-in closets, and a large tiled bathroom with a clawfoot tub, rain head shower, and double vanity with marble countertops. A fenced yard is perfect for small children and pets. Please note that the yard is fenced; however, access to the upper deck from the yard via steps is not gated off. Pets are allowed with pre-approval only. Please send an inquiry and provide pet details for us to review and approve to ensure the cottage is suitable for your pet. Note that while we have a fenced area for pets, it leads up to the upper deck (via stairs), and the deck does not have gating or other mechanisms for pet containment. There are no refunds for late arrivals, travel interruptions such as flight delays or traffic jams, or early checkout. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of unforeseen events. The maximum number of guests is capped at 8, with no exceptions. Air mattresses for extra guests are not permitted. We do not provide firewood, fire starters, or lighters and matches. Some may be available upon your arrival, leftover from previous guests, but this is not guaranteed.
