This property is very close to Garfield Park Reservation, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, 23 minutes from Cleveland Airport. There is a (5) five night minimum booking requirement. There is no smoking and no pets. Please do not lay or sleep on downstairs sofas or in living room area. Please do not put bags of ice in the freezer. Perfect location for visiting nurses, conventions, and professionals. PLEASE NOTE RECENT SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT FOR ENTIRE STREET OF M.L.K. UNTIL 12/26. DOES NOT AFFECT ACCESS TO AND CONFINES OF THE PROPERTY

Place dirty sheets & towels in cloths baskets provided in each prospective bedroom closet. Leave comforters & bed skirts. Do not use bubble bath, oils, abrasive comet or cleaning solution in the tub.

DO NOT USE PLUGS CONNECTED TO FISH TANK. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE FISH

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Garage storage is not available. Garage doors must remain open if in use, no car repairs allowed. No smoking. No parties. Clean BBQ grill if used
