Gypsy Sol—caravan deluxe!

Free your mind in this luxurious upgraded 1970’s beauty! Spacious RV with room inside and out to stretch your legs and your soul. Situated across from the Yellowstone River on 40 acres in the historic town of Reed Point, you will enjoy basing here to explore Montana while having privacy away from the tourists' sites. The camper has been updated with Wi-Fi, modern appliances, foam mattress and full shower.
Guests will enjoy coffee, tea and breakfast items as well as a discount coupon to the world famous Waterhole Saloon just one mile away. Work or play, you will want to stay!
We often house horses and goats. They are very friendly but we ask that you stay outside the electric fences. We have plenty of parking for moving vans and multiple vehicles. We are on the train line but earplugs are provided if you are sensitive. Please, no smoking or fires.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Kelli’s properties. She’s a wonderful host and takes great care in decorating. The camper was comfortable and quiet enough for two scared dogs on July 4th. I would definitely stay there again!

We were only in town for a quick stop over on our road trip, but this place is a gem. Very responsive and friendly owner who kept the camper clean and very well decorated. The town itself is quaint and locals are sweet and talkative. Gorgeous views from the camper, great for watching the horses graze while sipping a cup of coffee. We were there during a full moon but I would expect the stargazing to be incredible on a clear dark night.

This is truly a unique and quirky property. Being an old trailer, there are some windows that won’t open and the caution of not overloading the electrical system. That being said, Kelli has given this old trailer a new life on her gorgeous property, with an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. She has filled it with original decor and all of the appliances and doodads necessary to make a comfortable stay. Except for the occasional train blast, it’s very quiet and peaceful.

Kelly is amazing. She is a kind host. My heart needed this night away, just to relax. We've suffered so many tragedies the last 2 years and this was the best help from grief and hopefully healing my mind and soul. I might take my dog next time for some relaxation

I love the raw and real small town vibe of Reed Point and the peace and serenity of this farm!

What makes this property unique

This 40-acre property is a 100+ year old farm which I am renovating slowly! We are two hours from the gateway to Yellowstone Park and one hour from the scenic Beartooth Highway. We are Conveniently located one hour from billings and Bozeman airports.
Locally, we are one mile from the famous Waterhole Saloon for excellent meals and the original Java Gypsy for unique morning beverages.
There is plenty of space to roam and explore everywhere in between!
