Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - One trifold is available. - There is no air conditioning. - This home is located near the entrance to the Oceano Dunes, which can lead to increased traffic in the area. Additionally, the nearby ATV rental company can be noisy during the day, though operations typically shut down at night. - Cars are allowed on the beach. Please follow all local regulations and signage when driving or parking on the sand. - The long-term tenant in Unit C is unrelated to Units A and B. Please be respectful and refrain from disturbing the tenant. - The unit is located next to one of the main Ocean Dunes entrances and an ATV rental company. Depending on the season, it can get busy and noisy, with increased foot and vehicle traffic during your stay due to the home being located next door.
Parking Details: - 2 parking spots available outside the unit, on a first-come, first-served basis. - Garage parking is not available.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Direct Access to the Beach
Cozy stay right on the beach. Really clean and well appointed accommodations. Hosts were responsive and communicative. Would love to come back and is highly recommended for couples and families.

We had booked this place for 3 nights but we couldn’t stay here for more than a night. There were a lot of mosquitos and another weird looking bug we found near the bed. The crib was broken so we couldn’t use it for our toddler. The fan in master bedroom had to be kept off because of a leak issue. We had to purchase fans just so we could get thru the first night. With babies, we couldn’t accept pest control while we were staying there. It was difficult to get through the night with all this happening and kids complaining about the bugs. We informed the management that this was a very uncomfortable stay for us and we couldn’t stay here further, and left the premises the next morning however no contact from them after this.

Our team reached out and offered to assist right away by providing indoor mosquito control, a new pack-and-play, and any other items that could improve your stay; however, we understand you had already decided to leave the property. We’d like to clarify that the lack of air conditioning is noted in the listing, and we recommended keeping the doors and windows closed to help prevent insects from entering. After your departure, the home was inspected — the crib was found to be functional, the pest issue has been resolved, and the master fan you mentioned is a heater that is operating properly. We did follow up after your departure, and a partial refund was issued. While we regret that your stay did not meet expectations, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother, more comfortable experience in the future.
