Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I respect your opinion, I must admit I am quite surprised and a bit disappointed by your overall score of 6/10. I understand that the beds did not meet your personal preference for comfort, and of course, comfort is subjective. However, reducing the entire experience to such a low score based on that one factor feels disproportionate, especially given the efforts we made to ensure your stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. From the very beginning of your booking, we went above and beyond to support you. When you initially expressed concerns about whether the property was truly located in São Martinho do Porto, accusing of us of being misleading, we addressed your doubts promptly and transparently. In April, before your stay we personally met you at the apartment, gave you a tour of the property, and even took time out of our own schedules to drive you and your friend around town so you could feel more comfortable and familiar with the area. In addition, I responded to many messages from you, many of which were not directly related to your stay but rather requests for local contacts such as plumbers and painters to assist your mother, who lives nearby. I was more than happy to provide this extra help because I wanted you to feel confident and supported throughout the entire rental process. Since we first began in May 2025, we have welcomed 30 different groups of guests through a variety of platforms, and until now, we have consistently received excellent reviews. Yours is the first rating that falls below that standard, which makes it stand out even more, especially given the extensive efforts we put into your visit. While we cannot always control personal preferences, such as mattress firmness, I do hope that future guests recognize the dedication we have to providing not just a rental, but a welcoming and supportive experience. We take great pride in our hospitality and in the positive feedback we have consistently earned, and we will continue striving to ensure our guests feel valued and well cared for.
