Staffing and Services:

• Caretaker/Housekeeping: NATOYA is responsible for daily tidying up, assisting with organizing spa services, answering general questions, and fostering a sense of camaraderie among guests
• Hired Chef: If hired, DEMAR will provide additional support to Natoya during the day
• Groundskeeper/Pool Attendant: Lennox takes care of the outdoor areas in the early mornings

Meal Services:

Hired Chef Services by Chef Demar: US$75 per day for 1-3 meals, accommodating 1-8 guests + meal supplies.

NOTE: If you would like one meal prepared (breakfast, lunch, or dinner), the cost to hire the chef is $50, plus meal supplies.

Serendipity By The Sea offers a thoughtfully curated menu of meal options, which will be provided after guests make their booking.

Grocery and Pantry Pre-Stocking:

Before your arrival, Natoya will pre-stock ingredients for your first meal and some pantry supplies. Your VRBO host, Nicole, will coordinate with you in advance to confirm any special meal requests, which will be relayed to Natoya for purchase and/or preparation by Chef Demar.

Guests will reimburse Natoya directly for the initial grocery expenses once they settle in at the villa. All subsequent shopping will be conducted on a pay-as-you-go basis, with clear records and receipts provided.

Transportation Fee for Grocery Shopping:

A US$40 transportation fee applies to each grocery trip to Black River or Savanna-la-Mar to cover taxi service costs.

Staff Gratuity:

We value our amazing staff, so gratuities of 15% of rental fees during Low & Summer Seasons and 10% during High & Holiday Seasons are additional and must be paid by clients/guests to the Serendipity By The Sea House Manager on behalf of staff at the end of their stay.
