Culloden Cove is a beautiful villa with a private beachfront, jetty, infinity pool and an acre of tropical gardens. It has been recently renovated throughout to a high standard. The price includes a chef and housekeeper.
The villa combines tranquility and complete privacy with access to top tourist attractions. It is ideal for family vacations, groups of friends and romantic getaways.
Culloden Cove is an award-winning villa. We are newly listed on VRBO but have for years been the number one villa in Jamaica according to traveller ratings on Trip Advisor (99 five-star reviews) and have a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence. Culloden Cove was awarded Best Villa for Groups in Jamaica in the UK Sunday Times newspaper, Gold Top Vacation Rental by FlipKey, Favourite Hideaway and Best For Kids by i-escape and Best Villa in Jamaica by Lux Intl magazine.
We are continually updating the villa and our facilities for guests. We have recently upgraded the kitchen and bathrooms, built a new gazebo for dining overlooking the sea, redesigned our two lounge terraces, and refurbished the pool and the dock.
Our friendly staff will provide a warm welcome and make you feel instantly at home:
Relax – This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, away from the stresses of life. Let our welcoming staff take care of you while you stretch out in a hammock, swim in the crystal clear water and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.
Explore - The property provides a great base to explore the unspoilt south coast of Jamaica. You can snorkel straight off our beach and a boat captain can pick you up from our jetty to snorkel on the reef or go deep-sea fishing. Top attractions - including the seven-mile beach of Negril, the beautiful Mayfield and YS waterfalls, cruising on the Black River looking at crocodiles, and the idyllic offshore Pelican Bar on a sandbank in the middle of the sea – are all within easy reach of the villa.
Dine – Culloden Cove used to be an award-winning restaurant and the villa has carried on this reputation for delicious food. Let our chef design a menu to suit your tastes.
Sleep – The property can sleep up to 11 people on comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton sheets. We also have two mattresses and two cribs which can be placed in any room for additional guests if required. Four bedrooms are in the main villa and two are in a garden cottage.
We can organise airport transfers and transport during your stay.

This was our second trip to Jamaica, and we specifically wanted to stay away from Montego Bay and Negril—this home was the perfect choice. It ended up being one of the best vacations we’ve had as a family.
The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, which made planning very easy. The staff truly made the experience special. Our driver, Howard, picked us up from the airport and we ended up booking him for several local trips—he was outstanding and made getting around effortless.
Nathalee, the main housekeeper and chef, was fantastic. She and the team arrived every morning at 8am to prepare breakfast and stayed through the evening, taking great care of everything. The service was warm, consistent, and made the stay feel completely stress-free.
The views from the house are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is incredibly relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect getaway for our entire family, and we would highly recommend it.

We are a British family that have fallen in love with Jamaica. We found this perfect location which we have transformed from a restaurant into a beautiful villa. We visit regularly and have a wonderful staff. Our family have had wonderful times here - our kids grew up in the pool (!) - and we love sharing this special spot with visitors.

This is the real authentic Jamaica and one of the most stunning spots on the island. It's calm, peaceful and beautiful. The villa combines privacy with easy access to the main tourist attractions.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
The villa has it's own small private beachfront which you can swim and snorkel from. A local boat captain can pick you up from our dock to snorkel on the offshore reef or go deep sea fishing. You can eat each meal in a different location on the property - choose between our indoor dining area, vine-covered terrace or gazebo overlooking the sea. The most special thing about the property though is our staff who are the reason we have so many return guests. They will give you a warm welcome, make you feel instantly at home, and cook you delicious meals.
