Gated parking for 4 cars and quick access to Houston’s top attractions. Ideal for families, friend gatherings, and business travelers!
*Required $400 refundable incidental deposit.
*Base rate includes up to 12 guests. Additional guests over 12 are $15 per person, per night, to cover extra utilities, linens, and turnover.
*Quiet Hours: From 11 PM to 7 AM, interior and exterior quiet hours are observed to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
*Peaceful Stay Policy: We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and refrain from parties or loud music. If security, property staff, or Houston authorities are required due to noise, a $300 fee will apply. Verified complaints from neighbors or other guests may result in a $100 fee.
*Spa Heating Policy: Enjoy 2 complimentary hours of spa heating per day upon request (3 hrs.’ notice required). Extra time $10/hr.
*Due to Houston’s tropical climate, occasional sightings of insects are rare but possible. We maintain professional pest control and take every measure to ensure a clean, comfortable stay.
