The Space:

We are delighted to introduce you to our inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence.This modern luxury retreat provides everything you need for a flawless and relaxing stay.



The integrated living and dining area feature stylish LED lighting and contemporary furnishings that surpass expectations. Each bedroom offers a private sanctuary with stunning nighttime views. Large windows flood the space with natural light, complementing the warm ambiance created by wooden floors and finishes.



There are a total of 9 beds accommodating up to 18 people!



BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM

This stylishly designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom space is enhanced with carefully selected amenities and decor. You can easily adjust the setup by moving around this well-furnished area. The third bedroom is located in the living room and separated by large curtains.

Kitchen & Dining

The 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing your favorite meals. Its spacious layout and contemporary amenities exceed typical expectations for a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment.



- Appliances include microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.

- Additional items provided: coffee maker with essentials, kettle, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans.



BATHROOM

The cozy full bathroom is entirely private and separate from the main area. It comes fully stocked with essential toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need without any extra packing.

- Amenities include a shower/bath combination, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries.



We prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our guests, which is why we conduct a thorough and rigorous cleaning process after each check-out.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets are welcome depending on their size, but please inform us beforehand and confirm your intention to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be applied.



Fees for bringing a pet vary based on the length of your stay: for stays of 1 to 4 nights, there is a $25 per night charge per pet; for stays of 5 to 29 nights, there is a



$200 fee per pet; and for stays of 30 nights or more, the fee is $300 per pet.



Please note that the company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs.

To comply with legal obligations and property security protocols, you may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check.
