🏡 HOUSE RULES:

To help us keep this space as wonderful as possible for all our guests (and for ourselves when we visit!), please review the house rules below.

🕒 Kindly confirm that you’ve reviewed these rules within 48 hours of your booking. If you are unable to comply for any reason, you may cancel within 12 hours of booking with no penalty (due to our strict cancellation policy).

General:
-No open flames or candles inside
-No smoking or vaping indoors
-No pets allowed
-No parties, events, or large gatherings
-Minimum booking age is 25

Cleanliness & Courtesy:
-No shoes inside the house: We have provided clean socks in the front foyer drawer please feel free to use them during your stay and place them in the hamper for washing
-Wash dishes after use (additional cleaning fees may apply)
-Use makeup towel only for makeup removal
-Place used towels in the designated laundry baskets
-Return throw pillows/blankets to original setup; decorative items are not for sleeping
-Extra blankets & pillows available in the foyer closet

☀️ POOL & BBQ AREA — SAFETY FIRST
We want everyone to have a fun and SAFE time at the pool. Please take a moment to read this section carefully, especially if you're traveling with children.

POOL SAFETY GUIDELINES:
Depth: 3.5ft–8ft — no shallow end & NO DIVING!!!

The pool is NOT child-safe. There is no fencing or gate separating the pool from the rest of the yard. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES when near or around the pool.

-No diving allowed
-Use the pool at your own risk
-No glass or bottles in the pool area
-Clean up the area after each use
-Pool use must be reserved in advance
-Clean Grill and leave it how you found it

🔒 IMPORTANT: This property may not be suitable for families with very young children due to the open-access pool area. Please use extreme caution and always supervise minors closely. The pool is not gated or covered, and the deep depth makes it dangerous for non-swimmers.

ADDITIONAL PROPERTY DETAILS
-3 steps to enter, with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the main floor
-Another short-term rental is on-site — you may encounter other guests
-Street parking is prohibited
-Exterior security cameras for your safety:
-Ring Doorbell (front entry)
-Garage-facing driveway facing camera
--No cameras inside the home

BBQ USE
-Grill is available for registered guests only
-Please clean thoroughly after each use
--BBQ use is NOT an excuse to host a gathering or party

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
Occasionally, we may leave sealed consumables or condiments. These are left at guest discretion — we do our best to ensure they are safe to consume but cannot guarantee it.

Please do not rearrange furniture.

Unauthorized parties or drug use will result in immediate removal and extreme fines and no refund.
