About this property
Clean & Comfy Townhouse 4-min walk to DT Raleigh with AC, WiFi, patios and more
Keep it simple at this incredibly well-located updated end-unit townhome. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck, skyline views from the porch and DT Raleigh steps away! Be in the center of the action and yet feel miles away at the same time in this comfortable downtown oasis.
Stroll to Transfer Co. Food Hall with a variety food and drink. Set your bearings in Moore Square just two blocks away to explore all the bars, restaurants and sights our city has to offer. Downtown Raleigh is at your doorstep!
The space:
This modern, recently updated, townhome is a very private, end-unit overlooking a small park with skyline views of downtown Raleigh, NC!
Enjoy plenty of amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, a smart TV, a wine/beer fridge for optimal beverage storage and outdoor lounging + views of Raleigh's skyline from our covered front porch or the spacious back deck.
There are two bright and spacious bedrooms upstairs with extremely comfy beds and a shared full bathroom that has a lighted vanity and modern tub/shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king and guest room has a queen-sized bed. With blackout curtains if desired in each. There is a half bath on the first level.
Step outside and immediately into Winters Park which is part of Raleigh's prolific Greenway Trail system which takes you throughout the city via nature trails.
Guest access:
Arrival: There will be a numbered parking space labeled '220' that is exclusively for our guests to park. Other guest parking spots are available in spaces marked 'V' for visitor (these are available first come, first served). Additional parking is available across the street on Hargett along the side bordering the historic cemetery.
This downtown location is unbeatable and makes getting around Raleigh very easy. This house is located one block away from our absolute favorite spot in town: Transfer Co. Food Hall - home to the widest variety of food and drink in all of Raleigh; enjoy breakfast + coffee at Benchwarmers bagels (the absolute best!), or nosh on burgers, Italian deli-style cuisine, delicious Indian dishes, Thai food, local fresh seafood or take a seat at the beautiful bar settled in the middle of the open air food hall. We highly recommend stopping by Burial Beer's tasting room right next door as well!
Guests can easily walk through the rest of downtown Raleigh's attractions. It is also easy to find a rental bike/scooter nearby to make zipping around bars, restaurants and attractions a breeze. Notable nearby locations include RedHat Amphitheatre, the Raleigh Convention Center, Marbles Kids Museum, North Carolina Capital Building, City Market, Dorothea Dix Park and the Greenway.
Other things to note:
Our lovely home has received high praise from guests since day one. It was remodeled and redesigned with becoming the perfect stay in mind. We paid attention to every detail, from the quality bed linens, high quality mattresses, cushy bath towels and blackout curtains to name a few.
A kitchen is fully appointed, full sized washer and dryer, front and back outdoor patios make the outdoors bery comfortable.
We have also received praise from guests that our location is ideal for easy walkable access to all things downtown Raleigh. There are also many restaurants, brewery tap rooms, cafes, points of interest and parks just outside the door.
