Beautiful apartment and fun neighborhood!

My husband and I loved our stay! It was clean, spacious, and in a great part of downtown Raleigh. It’s gated and we felt very safe. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook and the beds are comfortable. The patio and back windows overlook a lovely garden. We loved walking to restaurants (Amy had great recommendations!) and through historic Oakwood. We’d definitely return!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! This is the perfect spot for being downtown but in a quiet cul-de-sac with a choice of neighborhoods to explore. Walk to anywhere downtown in minutes, historic Oakwood with its beautiful old houses is across the street, Transfer Food Hall is a few minutes away, or stroll past the Governor's Mansion to the fun Person St. restaurants and bars.

What truly makes this a unique property is overlooking the Haywood Hall Historic Home and Gardens. The view is picturesque - it's like having your own garden in the heart of downtown. The condo is in the middle of the complex allowing for the best central view.
