Comfy Remodeled Home. Great Basecamp for Exploring the National Parks
A quiet retreat in the heart of Monticello, UT. Right down the street from the LDS temple, schools, grocery store, & more. 3 miles from Lloyds lake. 8 miles from Monticello lake. 18 miles from Recapture Reservoir where you can enjoy boating and other water activities. Our home is close to Canyonlands National Park. We are close to many great hiking & climbing areas. There are many Indian ruins nearby. You can walk to most anything in town. Our home is recently remodeled, but be patient with the outside! The home still needs a lot of work outside, the yard is still mostly dirt & weeds. We hope you enjoy our home!

Very clean and spacious, comfortable bed. Close to main road and store. The outside of the house looks a bit beat up, but the inside is wonderful. We saw deer in the backyard!
