So this is a wonderful place to stay. There is only one thing that I would caution about. If you're tall there are some places where you will bump your head. Other than that this is a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect for our group

We visited Canada for my Uncle's 60th birthday and decided to rent this space. We had some troubles at the beginning because we didn't know our entrance was at the side of the house. After numerous failed attempts to gain access we called the host. It was after 1am but he answered immediately and we had access through the side. The apt was very nice fully equipped with a full kitchen, bath, living and 2 bedrooms. It was very comfortable for my group. The apt was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely return.

I liked this place because it it pretty close to Toronto, and it was a separate apartment. But I didn't like it's cleanness and that sometimes there was a problem with hot water. Also I don't really like living in the "basement".

The place needed some repairs, holes in the ceiling in the kitchen that were covered with cloth mayerial pinned to the ceiling. Although it has no smoking sign, it smelled like smoke. At about 12:30 am on Sunday, there appeared to be a group of people just outaide in the hall and were loud enough for a period of time that woke us up. No face clothes, no bed sheet on the one bed and no comforters on the others. The price was reasonable but understand why.

Toronto vacation

Property was lovely. Owner answered any questions and request quickly. Beautiful and safe place to vacation with easy access to 410 highway. Walking distance to a beautiful little coffee shop as well. Would highly recommend

The two bedroom apartment is in the basement of a newly built home in a nice new neighborhood outside Toronto. It has a nice bathroom, though the ceiling over the sink is a little low so watch your head if you're over 6' tall. The kitchen is very nice with all the cookware and appliances necessary. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of closet space. I would definitely stay here again.

Super Clean. Safe neighborhood. Great host. Very comfortable.

What a great deal. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked well. Host responded to texts within minutes. The cupboards had spices and coffee/tea sugar etc. There are ice packs in the freezer and bottled water chilling in the fridge. Best of all it was clean. That is not always the case with rental homes. This is a real find. I highly recommend it. We almost didn’t make it because of the possible WestJet strike. Even though we passed our refund deadline Asif was willing to give us different dates. He was a great host. If we ever come back to Toronto we will stay here again for sure.
