With space to comfortably sleep up to 20 guests, this expansive and stylishly furnished property is ideal for family reunions, wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations, baby showers, or any event where comfort and fun are paramount.

Experience the charm of a meticulously restored 1800s farmhouse revival, nestled on over an acre of serene land with stunning views of the Olentangy River. This spacious retreat boasts a wrap-around front porch lined with brick and cedar, complete with cozy rocking chairs, perfect for unwinding as you take in the peaceful river views.

Step inside to discover a chef’s dream kitchen, featuring custom solid wood cabinets, elegant quartz countertops with a waterfall island, a stylish tile backsplash, and a hidden butler's pantry. The charming breakfast nook with built-in seating offers a delightful spot for morning coffee. The home also includes multiple beautifully appointed living rooms, providing ample space for relaxation and socializing.

With five luxurious bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests, making it ideal for large gatherings. Entertainment options abound with a fully equipped game room featuring foosball, darts, and pool, as well as outdoor activities including cornhole, volleyball, and a basketball hoop. After a day of fun, relax in the hot tub or gather around the firepit for an evening under the stars.

A grill is also available, along with a picnic table stored in the garage and a large dining table out front, providing plenty of room to enjoy meals outside and take in the beautiful weather.

Cancellation policy:

For reservations booked directly or through VRBO (and other channels where payment is processed through our payment processor), cancellation refunds are limited to a maximum of 94% of the total amount originally paid. The remaining 6% represents non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained regardless of the reason for cancellation. This applies to all refunds, whether full or partial.

This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations, which are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation and refund policies.
