Step inside to discover a chef’s dream kitchen, featuring custom solid wood cabinets, elegant quartz countertops with a waterfall island, a stylish tile backsplash, and a hidden butler's pantry. - Hot Tub Remediation Fee: If the hot tub requires an unscheduled drain, refill, or chemical treatment due to guest misuse or neglect, a $300 remediation fee will be charged. Guests are expected to leave the hot tub in reasonable condition consistent with normal use.

- A $150 avoidable fee will be charged if the cover is left off or improperly replaced. The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every guest stay to ensure it’s fresh and ready for you.

- Hot Tub Rules: (1) Rinse off before entering the hot tub. Do not enter with sunscreen, lotion, oils, hair products, or excessive cosmetics. (2) Do not introduce food, beverages (other than water in non-glass containers), sand, dirt, or foreign substances into the hot tub. (3) Replace the hot tub cover securely after each use. (4) Report any water clarity issues, unusual odors, or equipment malfunctions to your host immediately. (5) Do not adjust temperature settings.

Cancellation policy:

For reservations booked directly or through VRBO (and other channels where payment is processed through our payment processor), cancellation refunds are limited to a maximum of 94% of the total amount originally paid. The remaining 6% represents non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained regardless of the reason for cancellation. This applies to all refunds, whether full or partial.

This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations, which are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation and refund policies.
