We had a great time! The house was perfect! We enjoyed relaxing by the lake and having our morning coffee in the screened in porch. We would definitely come back! This house has everything you need!

Heaven on a lake- best of all wotlds

Excellent communication, flexible owners, beautiful place! Been to DL many times and this our first stay on the island. Well be back! We were greeted by a bald eagle upon arrival and the magic continued with gorgeous sunsets every night! Nice and quiet, lovely people on island. Cant wait to go back!

Overall had a great stay. The place was very nice, updated and well kept, we loved the place. The only exception was the dishes, which we had to wash most of them to use them. Since there was not a disposal, we like the fact that the pans were a good quality that could be easily wiped out prior to washing. We had a large amount of food purchased for the stay but there was not as many areas to store the food that was not refrigerated as well. The items left I am sure some people would appreciate, but were not needed for us. The ferry was an experience for all of us and for our guests that came during the day to be out on the lake. The people working the ferry were great and I am sure that is a thankless job, so thank them for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us we had some great family experiences over the weekend.
