Welcome to Cordova Colonial! This fully furnished home features spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and onsite laundry. Located just outside Memphis, with shops and restaurants nearby and downtown only 30 minutes away. The home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 23 guests—ideal for any occasion! We've included both professional and real-time images from our cleaning team so you know exactly what to expect. We can't wait to host you!

Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside the entryway, the dining room with large farm table will be to your right and the stairway your left. Through the entryway, straight ahead, you will enter the living room. In here you will find a large queen sleeper sofa, two comfy arm chairs, a large SmartTV, and desk with office chair. Please note the beautiful fireplace is unfortunately not operational, but we think it adds charm to the home! The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen connects the living and dining rooms. With plenty of storage for groceries and counter space for food prep, we are sure cooking in here will be a breeze! A second dining table in this space provides seating for 4 guests! This home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The first floor has one full bathroom, a half bathroom, and two bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have a twin over twin bunk bed and a futon, perfect for kids! The additional two full bathrooms and two bedrooms are upstairs. The first room upstairs is huge! It has four full size beds. The next room has two full beds. The last room is the master bedroom. This room features a king bed, futon, large SmartTV, a desk with office chair, and an ensuite bathroom. The last full bathroom is located upstairs in the hallway, easily accessible to all guests. A screened in patio with a table and chairs is located just off the living room. Enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard from the comforts of being inside!
