¡Escápese ahora a esta hermosa casa con piscina en el canal de agua dulce! Renovado en todas partes con un toque contemporáneo. Tres dormitorios, dos baños, sala grande, cocina de concepto abierto con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y lavadora y secadora nuevas. Piscina climatizada con gran lanai, nuevo pozo de fuego de gas con sillas, muelle de cemento con espacio para tumbonas y pesca en el canal. Cocina de concepto abierto con encimeras de granito, isla y taburetes. Barrio muy tranquilo pero cerca de tiendas, supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes y cerca del pueblo pesquero de Matlacha, donde puedes ver a los delfines y manatíes nadando y jugando en el golfo. La villa Sunset está completamente amueblada y cuenta con una nueva parrilla de gas Weber, dos bicicletas para adultos, tumbonas, sombrillas y refrigerador. A poca distancia en coche de Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel y Nápoles.

What a wonderful time we had staying at this house. They had everything you could think of. The whole house has been updated. The pool was perfect and enjoyed all of the outdoor seating. We all agreed that we could stay here again. There were plenty of pool toys and beach supplies. The only thing needed is more outdoor lighting around the pool. Once the sun went down, it was mostly dark. We had such a fun and relaxing time here. Thank you for making the house so enjoyable!

Wundervoller und entspannter Urlaub in Cape Coral

Wir hatten 5 wundervolle Tage in Cape Coral und haben das Haus und die Gegend sehr genossen.Es war unser allererstes Ferienhaus in den USA und wir wurden direkt überzeugt :-) Das Haus ist sehr modern und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich so wünscht, ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch - es war sehr ruhig und direkt an einem Kanal gelegen. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt dort sein Eis zu essen und Schildkröten zu beobachten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, sowie der Check-in liefen auch unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Wonderful home!

This home was one of the most well appointed places we have rented. They thought of everything. Beds were comfy and rooms were roomy. Plenty of amenities, towels, etc. There was even a fully stocked spice rack and cooking oils. We will definitely rent here again! The pool was in the sun the entire afternoon. The evening sunset was lovely over the trees. The owners are truly “Midwest Nice” by having there home complete with everything you need! Thank you!

Beautiful rental

House was as advertised. My family loved the house, pool and all the amenities. Our kids loved that they had their own TV’s in each room with access to various streaming apps.The beach material provided was a lifesaver. The tent, towels, chairs, bags, and beach mat were greatly appreciated. If we didn’t have these our trips to the beach would not have been as enjoyable, great additions. If we are ever back in Cape Coral we would definitely return to this property, and recommend to other visitors.

Great Cape Coral Stay

The house was very clean upon arrival and had all of the extras we wished for in a vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the beds were extremely comfortable. The furniture, decor, and ammenities the property provided made it a very updated and enjoyable home to stay in. We were able to view a lot of wildlife in the canal and the sunsets were fabulous. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the Cape Coral area!

Wonderful experience in Cape Coral

All was best and the house was clean and well maintained. Lots of extra pool stuff was available for a great time. The same for a stay at the beaches. We called Greg for an issue and he promptly took care of us. Great property manager. We had one minor point that wasn’t ideal being here in the hot month of August, we couldn’t park our SUV in the garage and therefore in the shade. The owner has his car parked inside, to the far right and only compact fits comfortably.

Everything was absolutely perfect the moment we walked through the doors. First thing out of my teenage boys mouth were it’s so clean, feels like home:) I would highly, highly recommend staying here! The owners are so hospitable and so easy to communicate with. I have stayed in A LOT of VRBO homes but this one was by far the best of the best!! Everything was so clean-We felt so comfortable all week!

Amazing family vacay

I can’t brag enough about this location, the house, the amenities on site, and the ease of communication with the owners. My family of four loved staying here and would not hesitate to stay at this property anytime we’re in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. The house had so many of the things we needed and a lot of wants as well, from everyday use items in the kitchen to the “oh I wish I would’ve brought that” and it was there item(s).

Nice Place and Quiet Neighborhood

The overall stay was very enjoyable. However, the location was not as convenient as other stays in the Cape Coral area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with whatever you could possibly need. The checkout process was quite extensive, and nothing like we've ever been asked to do when staying at other Vrbo properties. The laundry room was quite noisy and could not be run at night due to the adjacent bedroom. We really appreciated all of the beach gear, but could have used more buckets, shovels, etc for the beach. The pool area was nice, but some of the chairs were old and rusty. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Kurt and I are residential remodelers in Minnesota. In 2022, we remodeled the Kitchen with custom cabinetry, large island, Cambria Counter tops , and enhanced lighting throughout the Family Room and Kitchen. We have installed new hurricane windows in 2025. We spend two months a year at the house so we keep it well stocked for us and our customers.

We selected this home for its location and because it had previously been used as a vacation rental with a great track record. We love the sunset on the canal and the wild life. The birds, fish and other wild life are fun to watch from the Lanai. Mornings are extra special sitting out on the Lanai listening to the birds sing.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Very quiet area with Heated Pool, Canal with wild life, close proximity to shopping and eating establishments. It is just a short drive to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Walking distance to local eateries and shopping. Free Wi-Fi. We update the house regularly and constantly are replacing items and refreshing the house.
