About this property

Peaceful fresh water canal home with heated pool. Incredible Value.

This is the house you want to rent!!!! We are residential remodelers from Minnesota and have owned and rented the home for 9 years. We stay at the property for several months in the winter and are constantly making improvements for ourselves and our guests. We have a well stocked home and do not charge for electricity! We have great reviews and strive to make your stay extraordinary.

The house has an open Concept Kitchen with stainless steel appliances ,Cambria Counter tops with island, new washer and dryer. The pool is heated and is enclosed by a large Lanai with outdoor dining area, gas fire pit with seating area and we have a pool fence if needed for children. We have a cement dock with lounge chairs and fishing poles with tackle in the garage.

This is a very quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and near Matlacha fishing village. The house is fully furnished and has a large new gas Weber Grill, beach lounge chairs, and coolers. It is a short drive to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples.

This home is located close to Sandoval and Surfside shops in SW Cape Coral.

Max occupancy is 6 people.

Electricity is included in the rate which is not typical in this market. 6% sales tax and 5 1/2 % tourist tax & exit cleaning fee are added to your quote.

Our host was great. H responded quickly to a couple of questions. Our vacation home was super clean and comfortable. We had 2 other couples visit us for several days during our stay. All 3 bedrooms were very large and comfortable. Outside area (pool) very nice with very nice outside dining area. I highly recommend this home and host !!!

Wonderful stay

In 2022, we remodeled the Kitchen with custom cabinetry, large island, Cambria Counter tops , and enhanced lighting throughout the Family Room and Kitchen. We have installed new hurricane windows in 2025. We spend two months a year at the house so we keep it well stocked for us and our customers.

Why they chose this property

We selected this home for its location and because it had previously been used as a vacation rental with a great track record. We love the sunset on the canal and the wild life. The birds, fish and other wild life are fun to watch from the Lanai. Mornings are extra special sitting out on the Lanai listening to the birds sing.

What makes this property unique

Very quiet area with Heated Pool, Canal with wild life, close proximity to shopping and eating establishments. It is just a short drive to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Walking distance to local eateries and shopping. Free Wi-Fi. We update the house regularly and constantly are replacing items and refreshing the house.
