Comes with two new in 2022 beach cruiser bikes and 2 kayaks. See beautiful sunsets from your own Dock, large Lanai, all the way into the wine bar. Fabulous!! Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hosts accommodated us checking in early, left complimentary beverages and chocolate, and even had Christmas music playing when we arrived on Christmas day! The house was very clean and well kept, and all the amenities works perfectly! I would highly recommend staying here, we would love to go back!

This house was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and furnishings that made our stay feel luxurious and comfortable. This place! Absolutely beautiful, so well appointed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for a family dinner, plenty of space to spread out. My husband and I have used for a bow for years now and this is by far the best House we have stayed in. This is also been the best experience all around. The house is beautiful and clean. The owner is very responsive. I had a question about the Wi-Fi and the owner responded right away. I definitely recommend this house and the owner.

SWFL Landing Zone

The house was a great spot for us to land while we explored SWFL. The covered patio, pool, and outside space was exactly what I was looking for as some place for us to get going in the mornings and rechatge the evening. The restaurants we visited were great and I loved getting to see the burrowing owls on my morning runs.

Beautiful Property

The home in person looks better than the pictures (and the pictures look nice!). We loved the pool and all of the pool floats and water games.The home is very clean and well taken care of. Tom is an excellent communicator and helped us with questions we had while staying in Cape Coral over the Fourth of July holiday. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for helping us make new memories!

Beautiful Stay

Home is amazing, beautiful location. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, and a couple of beers. The house has everything you need. We used the bikes, kayak, cooler and unfortunately the guest before us broke the beach umbrella and didn't inform Tom. However everything was perfect and if it's not Tom will make sure to make it right. I look forward to staying again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
