Newly renovated property. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious for our needs. I would recommend and would stay again without any hesitation.Bedrooms were comfortable, having 3 bathrooms was amazing. Every room had its own ceiling fan which was very nice.Living room and kitchen could get a little warm when cooking but owner took extra efforts to make it comfortable by providing an extra portable fan/ac type unit.There are some caveats about pricing when using all 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which I didn’t understand at first, so the price was higher than I originally planned for but was still very reasonable. Just be sure to contact the owner in advance if you have a larger group that needs all 4 bedrooms.The kitchen had everything needed for very basic cooking, but if you plan to cook regularly, like we did for our athletes, you may find yourself purchasing some fairly standard pantry items and the small appliance list is more similar to a hotel than a fully functioning house (ie no instapot, slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, etc.) Not a big deal, just letting others know.Stay here! You won’t regret it

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Extremely spacious and family friendly. We really loved the simplicity of the home without sacrificing any necessary needs. We were able to really relax knowing our 2 y/o daughter could roam without having to worry about unsafe spaces or her breaking anything. Home is exactly as shown in the pictures and the host was very responsive when help was needed. Our stay was a 10/10! So worth it!
