Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review Susan! I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the newly renovated home, the quiet neighborhood, and the extra space — especially the bedrooms, bathrooms, and ceiling fans. I also appreciate you mentioning the pricing clarification. As noted in the listing and house rules, the fourth bedroom and additional capacity are unlocked for larger groups, and I always encourage guests to reach out in advance so everything is clear before booking. Thank you as well for your helpful notes about the kitchen setup — we aim to provide essentials while keeping things simple and hotel-style, and your feedback is valuable. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I truly appreciate the recommendation. You’re always welcome back anytime!
