Very well-maintained house located just 9 miles away from DFW airport. The house has easy access to major highways E35 and 121. Only 10 miles away from Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. This house has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Walk in tumble stone tiled shower in master bedroom. Living room with sofa that could be unfold to sleep in or just to relax and watch TV. Well-equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer at your service.
All rooms are in the second floor allowing guest to relax in their room while others could enjoy the social areas such as living room and kitchen or backyard. Two room have their own TV and a Netflix account for the house during your stay. The master bedroom comes with a very comfortable king mattress. The living room has an extra TV (55") with apple TV for your convenience ( Netflix account as well). The house comes with a 2-car private garage and a large backyard with a beautiful Sunset scenario. Come and enjoy this house if you are working in the area, retreat, visiting family or need a quiet place with easy access to the airport and close to many restaurants and attractions.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament traveling with a few players. The home was arranged nicely to accommodate, with two twin beds in each of the secondary bedrooms. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. We would stay again.
