Calm situated, luxury villa close by village and golf course

This luxury villa is perfect for 10 pers and is situated in a calm residential area close by the village of La Motte. On the upper flour you find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. On the groundfloor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with seperate toilet. The big kitchen is fully equipped and the large living and diningroom access directly on the large shadefull terrace with a plancha. From here you have a splendid view on the garden and the pool. Underneath the villa you'll find a large garage and plenty of space to park your cars and play ping pong. The house is completely renovated. The bedlinen à € 25,- per room and the end cleaning (150,-€) has to be paid before departure.
