We were in town for a Dance competition. Check in was super easy, owner very responsive. Home is very close to downtown and KSU! Recently remodeled #facts we felt like we were the first one's to stay in it.

This is a cute place in an adorable old neighborhood. All the necessaries are there for a great stay. Furniture is spartan, but clean and neat. Be sure to check guest instructions regarding the thermostat to save yourself some time figuring it out. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location within a short walking distance from Mass street and very clean. The kitchen, bathroom, flooring were all recently remodeled and look great. We’ll stay here again!

Our listing is intentionally designed with a clean, minimalist style, but it does include all essential furnishings—a sofa, chairs, side tables, beds, a dresser, nightstands, and outdoor seating. The hall closet is stocked with extra pillows, blankets, towels, and a variety of games for guests to enjoy. We work hard to keep the space comfortable, functional, and uncluttered for every stay.

I needed to come to Lawrence because my daughter, a KU student was very sick. Jaclyn was very responsive and accommodating of my needs. The house and location was exactly what I needed to get my girl better. Thank you, we will book again.

Beautiful & Comfortable Jackie is a wonderful host and has provided a beautiful and comfortable home in a perfect little neighborhood close to Mass Street. The home is recently remodeled and it has been done well and decorated nicely! The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, too!We walked the neighborhood brick sidewalks most nights and enjoyed the flowers and lightning bugs.A few things to keep in mind:*At the time of our stay, there was no laundry available on site. Didn’t even think to verify before booking. We packed a bit light because we were moving our daughter to KU from out of state. We went to a laundromat for a quick load. No big deal. * The house is decorated nicely. In the evening, it would have been nice to have a couple lamps in bedrooms and living room.
