Enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer at this cozy, NEWLY renovated, one-bedroom, main floor apartment. Sleeps 4, with the sleeper sofa in the living room. Located 10-15 minutes from downtown Sarasota or Siesta Key Beach, there are plenty of options to get around town from this spot. The area is quiet with plenty of gardens and trees. We are available for anything you may need during your time here, so don't hesitate to reach out if you need us.
The space
There is a small sitting area at the main entrance and a large, private patio at the side of the unit with lounge seating, surrounded by a beautiful tree canopy yard and a lounging hammock for 2!

The main floor apartment has both a front and side outdoor patio/seating area that is for your own personal use during your stay.
Other things to note
The living room sectional has a queen size pullout bed. There is another unit upstairs with a separate entrance.
