In quaint Laurel Park and walking distance to everything downtown. .

I have 2 one-bedroom apartments, one upstairs, one down. This is the listing for the upstairs apartment. You can find the listing for the downstairs apartment if you click on my profile or scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll find a link to it.

It is very quiet and private. Lots of cafe lights, completely fenced with a beautiful 6' wood fence, backyard furniture, patio table for eating or reading. Grills... It's a beautiful old Florida backyard that is for the sole use of the two apartments in the gated backyard.

A week stay

Lovely place, very sunny. good bed, kitchen with everything we needed. Walkable to downtown-about 10 fast minutes. Shampoo/TP/paper towels etc supplied.

Just book this one! You've found best place!

What an awesome, cute, wonderful place! It's on the second floor with windows all around, so it's like being in one of those ranger stations! The property (as well as the ones surrounding) is beautiful, and relaxing. It's within walking distance to so many great restaurants, galleries, etc. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone who wants a great place to stay while in Sarasota!

Short but sweet stat

My stay was cut short by concerns about the weather, but my brief visit was lovely and restful. Christie was an excellent host who communicated well both before and during my stay. Directions were clear, and the property is clean and in a very nice neighborhood. I went for a walk in the morning and really liked the shaded sidewalks (especially in the August heat and humidity), and the other people I met up with were friendly. I would definitely stay here on future visits to Sarasota.

Charming, clean, and quiet

Great single bedroom apartment with beautiful, quiet backyard. Host was very friendly, professional, and helpful with local knowledge. Apartment was very clean. Furniture, linens, and appliances were great. We will be back. Great location too.

Another lovely stay!

2nd stay at Christie’s bright and clean upstairs apartment! This is such a convenient location to walk and explore all of Sarasotas downtown restaurants. The new Bayrunner shuttle makes getting to Lido Beach for an early morning walk so easy too. Fun trip!
