The only reason I'm not giving this 1 star is because the property owner was ok to deal with and attempted to make things right.I was at the house for 15 minutes with my family, left, and booked another place to stay for my weekend. I was willing to eat the cost, which should tell you something.The Good: The house looked nice from the outside, the grass was cut, and I can tell some money was spent on renovations, but that's where the good things end. The Bad: To start, the area this house is located in is less than desirable. Under no circumstances would I walk around outside due to multiple shirtless men "hanging out" at the check cashing store on the corner of the street about 200 yards away. Upon entering the house, it was at least 90 degrees. As we walked around to start turning on all of the window A/C units, I noticed that the every window that had a unit in it was not sealed closed. I could easily stick my hand outside all of the upstairs rooms, which explains the multiple spiders I killed in the 15 minutes I was there. At least one of the A/C units was throwing warm air and it was really nice to see a power strip stretched across the floor that I could easily trip over because the cord for the AC unit didn't reach the outlet which was on another wall.
