PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING ABOUT OUR RENTAL!!!! This will save you some time:) Our rental sleeps four comfortably. We do allow tents set up but plan on paying additional money per tent and per person.The cabin is $95.00 (most nights) for up to 4 guest per night. Each additional guest per night is $10.00. We do allow some pets/dog only.
HOW MUCH IN ADDITION FOR A PET?
Depending on the age and breed we charge $20.00 a night for a pet. Maximum 2 pets allowed. We reserve the right to refuse pets under a 1 1/2 year old & certain breeds. We may charge a $25.00 pet cleaning fee and a 50 lb. max on each pet. PLEASE do not ask to bring a puppy.
WHAT ARE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY? We ask that you please give us at least a seven (7) day notice if you intend to cancel or move your reservation to a different date. If we receive the seven day notice your deposit will be refunded
otherwise you forfeit your deposit.
DO WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF NIGHTS TO STAY?
Yes. The minimum is at least two (2) nights.
CAN OUR RENTAL START ON SATURDAY?
No. Weekends HAVE TO INCLUDE FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT!

All holiday weekends have to be a three day minimum rental. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.
We are located on 105 acres in the middle of the woods and surrounded by more woods beyond. Our closest neighbor is 1 1/2 miles away.

Our lake is approximately 25 acres. IT IS OUR OWN PRIVATE LAKE. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE ON IT BUT OUR GUESTS!
The fishing is fantastic on our lake! It is 14' deep out in the middle. It is spring fed and tends to get weedy. We advise bringing weedless hooks with you.
We have largemouth & smallmouth bass, pike, bluegill, sunfish, & catfish. We also allow ice fishing in the winter months.
We rent pedal boats. We also encourage our guest to bring their own small fishing boat with small motor, canoe or kayaks..
Our lake is spring fed so it can tend to get a little weedy. Some guest do go out in the middle of the lake by boat and swim off our floating swim platform.
We are open year round so there are snowmobile trails in our area and of course Rails to Trails a little over 5 miles away.
You may trailer atvs to Harrison where they have trails.
We have listed some places of interest already on our site. You can Google our area to see what is going on in the Central Michigan area to find your specific interest.
3:00pm is check in time. Wanting to arrive early then pay for the night before and you"ll be able to come in at the crack of dawn.
11:00am is check out time. We suggest if you're wanting to stay all day then pay for another night ahead of time so you can have all the extra time to stay late. We have these times posted so we can get our rentals ready for our next guest. Sorry:(
We sell a nice stack of fire wood for $10.00 each and will have it waiting for your arrival.
Unfortunately, we have no boat ramp. You can rent a pedal boat starting at $25.00.
The Cabin is just a few feet from our lake.
