There is a den and kitchenette downstairs near the backyard sliding doors for easy access to the BBQ, refrigeration and cleanup.
This amazing property offers a giant open concept kitchen, dining room & living room with central AC, WiFi, two large screen Samsung Smart TVs, which makes this a perfect place for the whole family to gather. The main floor features a newly renovated bathroom with a shower and a half bath on the lower level in the den/yard area.

Lock the doors and return the keys
We want our guests to enjoy every moment of their vacation so we include housekeeping services after every stay.
All we ask is that you throw a load of towels in the washer & dryer the last night.
Please add any remaining used towels to the washer on the last day. We have enough bed linens to turn over the house each weekend, leave all used beds unmade, so we know which ones to change Thank you
Please leave basic spices and condiments supplied by us.
Please remove all personal food items

Point Pleasant Beach is one of the best beach resort areas in America in my opinion. It offers all sorts of entertainment for families, couples and singles. Live entertainment in many venues, pristine beaches, arcades, an amusement park, miniature golf, an aquarium, ice cream & candy shops and fabulous restaurants.
You also have numerous choices for fishing, parasailing and golfing nearby.

What makes this property unique
This is not some shabby beach house with rooms the size of the bed within it. Each room is spacious, and beautifully appointed, it makes you feel like you are truly on vacation, not camping out.
