Beautiful Bay Head Spring/Summer Getaway with Private Pool one block from Ocean

Charming Bay Head Victorian home. The house features a large wraparound front porch for enjoying the delightful summer breezes on the rocking chairs or an afternoon nap on the hammock. Head out back for a dip in the pool and a BBQ on the grill. Backyard also features an enclosed outdoor shower.

Inside:
Newly renovated bright eat-in kitchen. The large dining room is ideal for big family meals or games around the table. The living room features cozy furniture with cable TV. The den includes cable TV and comfy sofas. Featured off the kitchen is a sunroom with table and chairs overlooking the pool. In addition, the downstairs has a bathroom with shower. A washer and dryer and extra refrigerator is provided.

Upstairs features 6 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has ample closet space and dressers for your summer wardrobe.

The home is 1 block from the ocean and 2 blocks from downtown Bayhead for shopping and restaurants. Six blocks from the train to NYC. Point Pleasant Beach is a mile away for fun family entertainment.

Lovely stay

In an amazing location and home full of character. Ideal easy location for my family w 2 kids under 5 to enjoy the beach. Will go back which should speak volumes.

This home had an amazing location for access to the beach, the lake for SUP and kayaking, the boardwalk and the town. The living space is perfect for big groups with two sitting areas that may become private with pocket doors and plenty of room to enjoy family meals. The front porch is wonderful and spacious to gather on. We used the house for a family gathering to celebrate two parents' 80th birthdays. It was wonderful. Very clean and the kitchen was functional and easy to work in. We had a good deal of beach badges, bikes and beach chairs. All around fantastic. Heads up that the beds are full size or twin which worked well for us. One of the twin bed rooms was very spacious and could sleep 4 with trundles. I highly recommend this for small and big groups who want a great location and lots of gathering spaces. Big plus on the central A/C and multiple fans! Very comfortable. Thank you to our host whom made our stay very easy with great communication and providing the supplies we needed.

Historic Bay Head Property

Beautiful old house. We were greated in person on arrival. There were fresh flowers on the kitchen table and a lovely bottle of wine and a very traditional crumb cake from the legendary Mueller's bakery. There were 6 beach badges for us to use along with beach chairs and an umbrella. There were also a few bikes ( we had brought our own). We had one small problem while we were there that was handled right away. Keep in mind it is an old house, not tons of outlets, creaky stairs but LOTS of space. The only thing I would add would be a bit more instruction on the garbage pick up. Thanks again for a wonderful week. Now I need a vacation from my vacation

Annual Family Trip

Great location and wonderful house for a multi-generational family trip. Quick walk to the beach, lovely wrap around porch for enjoying cocktails or dinner after spending the day at the beach.
