Coco Sand Villas are conveniently located 5 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean you can walk or drive to Tyler Avenue beach access.
We provide all the beach essentials for your perfect Florida getaway, including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and even beach toys for the little ones..all you need to bring is your swimsuit!
