Here is how we are addressing the points you raised: House Manual & Digital Guidebook: We provide a link to our online digital guidebook in our pre-arrival communications, but we are also discussing options with our team regarding an on-site physical house manual for added convenience. Property Address & Signage: We will ensure clear, visible address numbering is added to the front of the home to make arrival easier. Amenities & Maintenance: The hammock, ping pong net, and ice maker are being repaired or replaced immediately. We are also having a technician service the Master bedroom AC unit and evaluate the hot tub control console. Game Room & Space: We appreciate the note on the pool table clearance; we’ll look into ways to optimize the room setup for better playability. Pet Fees & Firewood: We strive to be as transparent as possible and always outline pet fees and firewood details upfront directly in our listing description as well as in our pre-arrival messaging, but we will review our communications to ensure this information is even clearer. Local Roads: While the community road maintenance is outside our direct control, we will continue encouraging the association to manage dust control consistently.
