Super clean and spacious! A bit of road noise from the highway but the main bedroom was very quiet. Appreciate the bottled water and coffee as well.

We loved our stay. The house was bright clean and inviting. You could really make yourself feel at home. The beds were comfortable and linens were fresh and crisp. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge was so spacious. The roosters are still around. They greeted us when we first got there, but once in the house - we rarely heard them. We got to watch a couple trains go by on the tracks across the highway. This was a treat. Dennis was very kind and friendly. We hope to visit this VRBO again.

The check in was fine once we got the instructions. As advertised the accommodations or cozy and clean. Updated refrigerator and stove or nice. Beds were comfortable and well appointed the bathroom was OK but rather small due to road construction on US 27. It was a challenge to find Josephine Street in the dark II would stay again for an event at Sebring international raceway

Dennis happened to arrive at the house the same time we did so we got to meet him. He was very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. We were in town visiting family and the home was in a perfect location for us. The neighboring roosters constantly crowing from early morning was the only downfall, but that's out of Dennis's control. Just suggest that you take ear plugs if you plan to stay here and are a light sleeper.
