I am a single woman who loves to take a very long walk in Europe each year, usually a Camino of about 500 miles, and am generally gone for three months. I love living at the Towers and am happy to share my condo with a responsible someone who would enjoy a quiet environment with gorgeous, peaceful views of nature. It has all the conveniences one would need for a life of comfort and convenience.

Laguna Woods Village is a senior community of 18,000 residents, 12,000 living units. The amenities are plentiful and outstanding, including two golf courses, 5 pools, every sport you can imagine, over 200 clubs, social activities galore. The landscaping throughout the village is lush, green and well maintained. A beautiful village.
What makes this property unique
My condo is designed with simplicity, comfort, and convenience in mind. It features an open floor plan perfect for one person. A sofa with automatic lounge/foot stools, TV, a desk and printer for your laptop, a puzzle (or other hobby) table, an updated kitchen, a nearly new queen size bed, and a laundry room that is 10 ft away from the front door.
