It is a short drive, approximately 15-minutes to historic downtown Savannah and 18-minutes to Tybee Island beach. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes drive from the home. Whether you're planning a family vacation, girl's trip, family reunion, romantic getaway or just need a place to relax, this home will provide an unforgettable stay.

Nestled between historic Savannah and the relaxing beaches of Tybee Island with it's clean beaches and warm ocean waves, this home is a perfect escape for your trip.

Starter pack of K-cups, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.

The bathrooms are equipped with wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers.

Linens, bath and beach towels are provided for guests. Please do not take the white bath towels to the beach.

Guest access

The front door has a smart lock with a keypad. Guests will be provided a unique code for the lock prior to arrival. The code is deleted between guests for safety. Parking is available for 3 vehicles, 2 in the driveway and 1 on the street. Please do not park in the grass.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum. There is a strict quiet time enforced from 11PM-8AM as defined by Chatham County's noise ordinance.

HOUSE RULES

**The primary renter must be 25 years of age to rent and must stay at the property for the entire stay
**NO smoking/vaping on the property
**NO parties or events on the property
**No additional guests
**Generally no pets, may be considered on an individual basis with pet fee
**No professional photography or videos
**Abide be quiet times
**No assertive/aggressive behavior

If the rental is approved, all guests agree to abide by the house rules, failure to do so could result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.

*If you are leaving on a Saturday or Sunday, please place the garbage can at the road for garbage pick-up up on Monday

Clare was the best host that we have ever had. Her replies were very quick when an issue arose. Her house is in a very quiet neighborhood with very little vehicle traffic. We would definitely stay at her home in Savannah when we return there.

Family Vacation

Fantastic stay. Clare was very communicative and we had no issues! The house is beautifully maintained, and perfect for families. We have a diverse group with an adult disabled child and grandbabies that are teens and toddlers. They all loved the house and didn’t want to leave! Very well stocked with everything you need to cook, bathe, even entertain.

This was a trip for my mom’s 80th birthday and my dad’s 90th birthday. It was the 2 of them, my 17 year old daughter and myself. Location of this rental was perfect. Ironically my sister lived in the neighborhood one street over so it was easy to see her and her family. Grocery store is close by. Downtown Savannah was about 15 minutes away. The home itself. Spacious & clean, just like the pictures. All the basic amenities that you would need in the kitchen, beds were comfortable. Any questions we had Clare quickly responded. If I go back to Savannah I will definitely rent here again if it’s available.
