The Space
The historic Linsley House, a Greek Revival/Italianate built in 1866 is a stunning 2-story victorian era home that offers 3 bedrooms and 1 well appointed bathroom. The home is a duplex, where you solely occupy the large front unit. Permanent tenants occupy the rear unit. The Primary Bedroom features a king sized bed with Purple Restore Premier Mattress, the second bedroom features a Queen Bed and the third bedroom two Full Size Ethan Allen beds. Each with fabulous comfy mattresses. The Linsley House has a Shoes-Off Policy.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
- Please assure all garbage is bagged & placed in the green bin near the garage. NO loose garbage please!
- Please place all dirty towels and bed linens on the top of the washing machine or dryer
- Please assure all lights are off inside the home.
- If there are any last minute dishes, kindly hand wash them and place them on a towel beside the sink to dry.
and finally as you exit...
- Please assure that the front porch light & side door light are on before you leave.
- Please lock the deadbolt as well as the bottom lock, and return the key to the lockbox & spin the code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
