Great stay! The guesthouse was very clean and well-stocked. Everything inside was modern and in working order. The property was quiet and in a good area. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Plenty of things to do around Sterling and Fair Haven. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection in Fairhaven NY for a Weekend Getaway.

This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean but homey as well. The property manager was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We had a wonderful time staying here, and hope to return soon!

We loved our stay at this super cute and spacious studio in Fair Haven. The view of Little Sodus Bay was beautiful, and it was the perfect location for attending a wedding at Colloca Winery—just minutes away! The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We “donated” a few hangers and a gallon pitcher for future guests to enjoy iced tea or maybe some margaritas out on the deck. Would definitely stay again!

The property manager replied very quick and was a very nice guy. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Loved the location and the view. Will definitely go back.
