Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. As soon as you notified us about the temperature, we responded immediately by adjusting the thermostat remotely to assist and later confirmed that guests are also able to control the thermostat themselves. To ensure there were no mechanical issues, we promptly arranged for an HVAC technician to inspect the system. The technician confirmed that the A/C was operating properly and recommended running the ceiling fans, especially during the extreme summer heat, to help the home cool more efficiently. We also responded promptly to your question about the exterior lighting by providing instructions, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We continually evaluate guest feedback and make improvements where appropriate, including kitchen supplies. We strive to provide every guest with a comfortable experience and appreciate the opportunity to address concerns as quickly as possible.
