We love this neighborhood and purchased 3 homes, it is very central, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, LACMA museum is only 5 blocks away Beverly Hills is only 5 minutes away. People rent it for a month and end up staying much longer!
What makes this property unique
We have a great primary suite, that is large enough to be 2 rooms in one. We have a hot tub in the private back yard. We are very responsive property managers. We include all the utilities, and amenities, Central AC and heat. Most LA properties don't have that. We include WiFi and TV cable. Newer SS appliances, and much more!
